Vidence Psychology provides evidence-based psychological support for people experiencing chronic pain, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress and significant life changes. Support is tailored to each person’s individual needs, circumstances and goals.
Using practical and collaborative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness-based strategies, Vidence Psychology helps clients better understand their experiences, develop effective coping skills and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we do offer bulk billing. In order to be eligible for bulk billing at our facility, you must have a valid Medicare card or other form of valid concession card. We also accept Workers compensation and TAC claims.
Appointments are conducted through a secure video platform, allowing you to attend therapy from a private and comfortable location. Before your appointment, you will receive information about how to access your session.
You do not need a referral to book a private appointment. However, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if your GP provides you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral before your appointment.
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are taken seriously. Information shared during therapy is kept confidential, except in specific circumstances where disclosure is required by law or there are serious concerns about someone’s safety.
Vidence Psychology is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent assistance, call 000 or attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
Vidence Psychology generally has minimal waiting times. Current appointment availability is approximately one to two weeks from the time you contact the practice, although this may vary depending on appointment preferences and demand.
